The internet has been a revolutionary technological advancement and has introduced innovative processes which have changed the lifestyles of people around the world. The internet is a leading example of how information and communication technologies can contribute to economic growth - this is credited to a concept commonly referred to as e-commerce - a new and improved way of shopping (Wang, 2010).
